simple icecream recipe(bread icecream)
Things needed:
milk-1/2litre(500ml)
bread-5 to 6 slices
sugar-150grms
vanilla essence-6drops(u can add any essence as u want)
procedure:
*boil the milk
*add sugar when it dissolves
*add breads(cut down the brown edges)
*when the bread got smashed and mingled with milk
*switch off the stove
*keep it aside.leave it to cool
*when it get cooled beat it in beater/mixer and
*add essence again beat it
*freeze it for 12hrs to get yummy icecream
